Full job description

Responsibilities:
– Oversee and supervise maintenance staff, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively
– Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment, machinery, and facilities
– Utilize computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) to track and prioritize work orders
– Fabricate and install new equipment or components as needed
– Respond to maintenance requests from various departments in a timely manner
– Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and address them proactively
– Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs, replacements, and inspections
– Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction

Requirements:
– Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role within a maintenance department
– Strong knowledge of CMMS software and its applications in tracking work orders and scheduling maintenance tasks
– Proficient in performing various types of maintenance repairs, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry
– Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues and develop effective solutions
– Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with internal departments and external vendors
– Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
– Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards
