The LaFayette Hotel & Club is seeking an experienced Bar Leader to join our team.
The ideal candidate demonstrates a strong commitment to guest service and hospitality-driven operations, with a proven interest in team building and staff development. This hourly/tipped role requires strength in managing personnel, including training, scheduling, performance oversight, and accountability.

The Lobby Bar sits at the center of it. It’s the first impression for hotel guests, the neighborhood spot for regulars, and the connective tissue between everything else happening on property. You’re not just running a bar — you’re setting the tone for the entire guest experience.

We need a Leader who leads from the floor, knows their numbers, and earns their team’s respect by being present and prepared.
