Job Summary
We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Hotel Laundry Staff to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all linens, towels, and uniforms are cleaned, pressed, and ready for use in a timely manner. This role is essential in maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of our hotel, contributing to an exceptional guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate laundry machines and equipment to wash, dry, and fold linens and garments.
• Sort and separate items by color, fabric type, and cleaning requirements.
• Perform dry cleaning tasks as needed for specific garments.
• Inspect items for stains or damage before processing and report any issues to management.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laundry area, ensuring all equipment is properly maintained.
• Collaborate with housekeeping staff to ensure timely delivery of clean items to guest rooms and common areas.
• Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.

Requirements

• Previous experience in laundry services or hotel operations is preferred.
• Knowledge of various cleaning techniques and products used in laundry processes.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• Ability to lift heavy loads and stand for extended periods.
• Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines effectively.
