Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated Part time Hotel Laundry Attendant to ensure our guests enjoy a clean, comfortable, and premium stay. You will be responsible for the high-volume processing of all hotel linens—including bedding, towels, and tablecloths Your role is vital to maintaining our hotel’s high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
High-Volume Processing: Sort, wash, dry, and fold all hotel linens (sheets, pillowcases, towels, and bathmats) according to hotel brand standards.
Stain Management: Inspect linens for stains or damage; pre-treat and re-wash items as necessary to minimize linen replacement costs.
Guest Valet Service: Carefully process guest personal laundry and dry-cleaning requests, ensuring items are returned on time and in perfect condition.
Folding & Presentation: Master specific hotel folding techniques for towels and bedding to ensure a uniform look in all guest rooms.
Distribution: Organize clean linens onto carts and coordinate with the Housekeeping Department to ensure room attendants have the supplies they need for their shifts.
Equipment Care: Clean dryer lint screens after every load and maintain a tidy, hazard-free laundry room.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Physical Ability: Ability to push/pull heavy laundry carts and stand for an 8-hour shift.
Efficiency: Ability to keep up with the “par levels” required for high occupancy days (check-in/check-out peaks).
Quality Focus: A “keen eye” for detail to spot small tears, hairs, or graying fabric before it reaches a guest room.
Professionalism: A friendly demeanor when encountering guests in hallways or delivering valet items.
Reliability: Consistent attendance is crucial, as the housekeeping team relies on your output to finish rooms on time.
Work Environment
This position often requires working weekends and holidays, as these are the busiest times for hotels.
Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, warm environment.
