Key Responsibilities for the Hotel Restaurant Kitchen Dishwasher include:
Washing & Cleaning Dishes
Scrubbing, rinsing, and sanitizing dishes, pots, pans, and utensils.
Use industrial dishwashers or wash items by hand when necessary.
Maintaining Kitchen Cleanliness
Keeping sinks, dish racks, and workstations clean and organized.
Wiping down countertops and kitchen surfaces.
Sweeping and mopping floors to maintain hygiene.
Handling & Organizing Dishes
Properly stacking and storing cleaned dishes, utensils, and cookware in their designated areas.
Ensuring that all kitchen staff have the clean tools they need to cook and serve food.
