• Maintain cleanliness of public spaces such as lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and common areas by sweeping, mopping, polishing floors, and restocking supplies.
• Handle laundry duties efficiently by washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels according to hotel standards.
• Use appropriate cleaning equipment and supplies for different surfaces, including floor care tools for carpeted and hard floors.
• Report maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to management to uphold safety standards and guest satisfaction.
• Follow established protocols for sanitation and infection control to ensure compliance with health regulations.
• Assist with inventory management by tracking cleaning supplies and requesting replenishments as needed.
