Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces to ensure a hygienic environment
• Maintain cleanliness of public areas such as lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and dining spaces by sweeping, mopping, and disinfecting floors and surfaces
• Handle laundry duties including washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels efficiently
• Restock supplies such as toiletries, towels, and amenities to ensure guest needs are met promptly
• Conduct routine inspections to identify areas needing special attention or maintenance issues that require reporting
• Follow safety protocols and proper cleaning procedures to ensure a safe environment for yourself and guests
• Assist with janitorial tasks or industrial cleaning projects as needed to uphold the hotel’s cleanliness standards

Experience

• Prior experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial roles is A MUST; experience in janitorial or industrial cleaning is also valuable
• Familiarity with floor care techniques cleaning,
• Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and practices enhances your ability to deliver excellent service
• Strong understanding of cleaning chemicals, equipment operation, and safety procedures
• Experience managing housekeeping tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment is advantageous
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality standards
