Job Summary
Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Hotel Housekeeper, where your attention to detail and passion for cleanliness will create welcoming, pristine environments for our guests. In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and comfort across guest rooms and public areas. Duties

• Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including beds, bathrooms, and common areas, ensuring all surfaces are spotless and hygienic
• Perform floor care duties such as vacuuming carpets, mopping hard floors, and maintaining overall cleanliness of hallways and public spaces
• Restock amenities like towels, toiletries, and linens to provide a seamless guest experience
• Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols to ensure a safe environment for both staff and guests
• Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and uphold room quality standards
• Maintain cleanliness of laundry areas and assist with linen management as needed
• Support hotel management with additional custodial tasks to uphold the facility’s overall appearance

Requirements

• Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or hospitality housekeeping roles preferred; hotel experience is highly valued
• Strong knowledge of floor care techniques and industrial cleaning methods
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including standing for extended periods, bending, lifting, and moving supplies
• Excellent attention to detail with a proactive attitude toward maintaining cleanliness standards
• Familiarity with custodial equipment and cleaning products; experience with housekeeping management is a plus
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Commitment to providing exceptional hospitality service with a positive attitude
• Must be available to work some weekend shifts.
