Job Summary

We are seeking an Enthusiastic, Hard Working, Dedicated Head Housekeeper to join our team!

Previous Experience in the housekeeping department as an assistant or head housekeeper is required as you will need to fill in as a housekeeper as needed.

This is a full time position and since we are a 24/7 business, you must have open availability.

We are in search of someone that is interested in a fulfilling career and that has the desire to be a part of the best team possible! A strong honest work ethic is required. You will be responsible for ensuring that the quality and cleanliness of every room is met or exceeded prior to a hotel guest entering a room. You will perform quality inspections of all guest rooms and common areas as well as the laundry area of the hotel.

Be prepared to lead by example and assist others in their careers by helping them to improve in their positions.

Responsibilities and Duties Responsibilities:

  • Effectively coordinate the cleaning of guest rooms and public areas as efficiently as possible, at the lowest possible cost, keeping the highest standards of cleanliness.
  • On the days you direct the housekeeping, duties include managing staff, control and administer the operation of the housekeeping department and staff in order to obtain the highest standard of cleanliness and to meet Management Company and franchise standards.
  • Provide a clean well-maintained product for the guest and meet guest needs and requests promptly and courteously.
