Core Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms (beds, bathrooms, floors, surfaces)
- Change linens, make beds, and replace towels
- Replenish room supplies
- Vacuum, dust, and polish furniture and fixtures
- Report maintenance issues
- Ensure rooms meet Hilton’s cleanliness and quality standards
- Follow safety and hygiene protocols
Additional Duties
- Handle lost and found items properly
- Respond to guest requests (extra towels, amenities)
