  • Clean and sanitize guest rooms (beds, bathrooms, floors, surfaces)
  • Change linens, make beds, and replace towels
  • Replenish room supplies
  • Vacuum, dust, and polish furniture and fixtures
  • Report maintenance issues
  • Ensure rooms meet Hilton’s cleanliness and quality standards
  • Follow safety and hygiene protocols

Additional Duties

  • Handle lost and found items properly
  • Respond to guest requests (extra towels, amenities)
