Responsibilities

Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, dusting surfaces, vacuuming carpets, and replenishing amenities to uphold high standards of hygiene.
Maintain cleanliness of public areas such as lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and dining spaces by sweeping, mopping, polishing floors, and disinfecting surfaces.
Handle laundry duties including washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels efficiently.
Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are used safely and stored properly after each shift.
Report any maintenance issues or damages promptly to management for quick resolution.
Follow established health and safety protocols to create a safe environment for guests and staff alike.
Assist with inventory management of cleaning supplies and hotel amenities to ensure availability at all times.
Qualifications

Proven experience in cleaning or janitorial work, preferably within a hotel or hospitality environment.
Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques including floor care, industrial cleaning methods, and custodial practices.
Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards.
Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in fast-paced settings.
Good physical stamina to perform tasks that involve standing for long periods, bending, lifting, and moving heavy objects.
Familiarity with hotel housekeeping procedures and hospitality industry standards is highly desirable.
