We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Hotel Guest Services – Front Desk professional to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring their check-in and check-out processes are smooth, their needs are met promptly, and their overall experience exceeds expectations. Your enthusiasm and hospitality expertise will help create memorable stays for our guests.
Responsibilities
Sell and Reserve rooms appropriately while committing to the needs of each guest as well as ensuring booking expectations of the company
Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures efficiently.
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and a positive attitude.
Manage multi-line phone systems, providing accurate information and routing calls appropriately.
Maintain accurate guest records, reservations, and billing information using hotel management software.
Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experience.
Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are prepared to high standards.
Uphold phone etiquette standards and ensure all guest interactions reflect our commitment to hospitality excellence.
Skills
Strong customer service skills with a passion for creating positive guest relations.
Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
