Compensation: $19–$22 per hour (based on experience). As a Guest Services Associate at Awol Stowe & Cady Hill Lodge, you’ll be at the heart of creating memorable experiences for our guests. We believe in the power of personalized service and genuine connections; your role is pivotal in ensuring each guest feels valued. We are currently hiring for both AM and PM shifts to support our round-the-clock hospitality.

AM shifts focus on assisting guests in the morning, checking guests out, preparing the hotel for new arrivals, and managing our Cady Hill club members.

PM shifts involve checking guests in, crafting signature cocktails, and acting as a dedicated property host. Whether morning or night, you will facilitate seamless arrivals and departures while serving as the face of our property.
