*Overview* We are seeking a dedicated Hotel Front Desk Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and providing exceptional customer service in a hotel setting. *Responsibilities* – Greet guests upon arrival and provide them with information about hotel services – Check guests in and out efficiently, ensuring all necessary information is obtained – Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally – Manage reservations and ensure accurate booking information – Assist guests with luggage and transportation arrangements – Maintain a clean and organized front desk area – Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure guest satisfaction *Qualifications* – Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred – Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor – Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written – Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment – Knowledge of hotel management software is a plus – Multilingual or bilingual abilities are advantageous for interacting with diverse guests – Familiarity with guest relations, guest services, and phone etiquette is beneficial
