Our independently owned hotel is seeking a Guest Service Agent who aligns with our vision of creating a welcoming culture of service excellence. We pride ourselves on delivering genuine hospitality and seamless experiences for every guest, every time.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist guests with professionalism and warmth

Handle check-ins, check-outs, and requests using Opera Cloud PMS

Handle guest requests and concerns with empathy and efficiency – while upholding hotel policies.

Maintain a positive, enthusiastic attitude in a fast-paced environment

Proactively spot issues and take initiative to resolve them.

Use sound judgment to solve problems independently while following hotel policies.

What We’re Looking For:

Strong communication and sales, critical thinking, and follow through.

A proactive thinker with a calm, solution-focused approach to challenges

Someone who takes pride in their work and consistently shows up ready to deliver outstanding service

Availability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays

Previous front desk or hospitality experience is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right person with the right attitude and mindset
