Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise all hotel departments, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and guest services to ensure seamless operations.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance guest satisfaction, operational efficiency, and revenue growth.
- Oversee budgeting, financial management, and revenue management strategies to meet or exceed financial targets.
- Maintain high standards of customer service by training staff on phone etiquette, guest relations, and hospitality best practices.
- Manage human resources functions such as hiring, onboarding, staff scheduling, performance evaluations, and conflict resolution.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, hotel policies, and industry standards across all departments.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly to uphold excellent guest relations.
- Oversee night audit procedures and ensure accurate financial reporting at the end of each day.
- Utilize multi-line phone systems effectively while maintaining professional communication at all times.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, leadership development, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Proven supervising experience in hospitality management or hotel operations with a strong background in hotel experience or resort management.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage multiple departments efficiently.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence.
- Strong knowledge of revenue management, budgeting, human resources practices, and hotel management systems.
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively.
- Experience with front desk operations, night audit procedures, and multi-line phone systems is preferred.
- Exceptional communication skills with a professional phone etiquette approach.
