Duties
- Lead and supervise all hotel departments, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and guest services to ensure seamless operations.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction, ensuring every visitor receives personalized and attentive service.
- Manage hotel revenue through effective pricing strategies, budgeting, and revenue management techniques to maximize profitability.
- Oversee human resources functions such as hiring, training, performance evaluations, and staff development to build a motivated team.
- Maintain high standards of guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and ensuring a positive experience throughout their stay.
- Coordinate night audit procedures and oversee front desk operations, including multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, hotel policies, and industry standards while fostering a welcoming environment for both guests and staff.
Requirements
- Proven supervising experience within the hospitality industry or hotel management environment.
- Strong background in hospitality management, with expertise in hotel operations, revenue management, and guest services.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage multiple departments effectively.
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guest populations better.
- Excellent communication skills, including proficiency in front desk operations and multi-line phone systems.
- Experience with budgeting, human resources practices, and hotel management software is preferred.
