Job Overview
Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Hotel Front Desk Associate, where you will be the welcoming face of our resort, ensuring every guest experiences exceptional service from check-in to check-out. As the first point of contact, you will manage guest inquiries, handle reservations, and coordinate with various departments to deliver seamless hospitality services. Duties

  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures efficiently.
  • Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing accurate information and routing calls appropriately.
  • Handle guest requests, complaints, and inquiries with a positive attitude, ensuring swift resolution and guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate reservation records, update guest profiles, and process payments securely.
  • Conduct night audits when scheduled, reconciling daily transactions and preparing reports for management review.
  • Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experiences.
  • Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest needs are met promptly and efficiently.

Skills

  • Strong background in hospitality management with previous hotel or resort experience preferred.
  • Multilingual or bilingual abilities to communicate effectively with diverse guests from around the world.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction.
  • Familiarity with front desk operations, including multi-line phone systems and reservation software.
  • Knowledge of night audit procedures and hotel management systems is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional phone etiquette and professional demeanor in all interactions.
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
