• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest needs are met promptly
• Conduct night audits when scheduled, balancing accounts and preparing reports for management
• Maintain accurate records of reservations, cancellations, and guest preferences to enhance personalized service
• Promote hotel amenities and services to maximize guest experience and satisfaction

Skills

• Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations
• Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
• Multilingual or bilingual abilities to communicate effectively with diverse guests
• Strong knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills for handling guest inquiries professionally
• Experience with night audit procedures is a plus
