  • Maintain an organized front desk area, including managing phone calls with excellent phone etiquette.
  • Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Provide information about local attractions, amenities, and hotel services to guests.
  • Assist with guest relations to foster a welcoming environment and build rapport with visitors.
