Job Summary

Duties

  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression through excellent customer service and professional phone etiquette
  • Manage guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently using multi-line phone systems and hotel management software
  • Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Conduct nightly audits of financial transactions, including billing and account reconciliations, to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with a friendly and solution-oriented attitude
  • Maintain security by monitoring CCTV surveillance, conducting routine patrols of common areas, and controlling access to the property during overnight hours
  • Prepare shift reports detailing occupancy, incidents, and operational activities to ensure smooth communication between shifts

Skills

  • Strong background in hospitality management with previous hotel or resort experience preferred
  • Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs professionally
  • Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to assist a diverse clientele effectively
  • Proficiency in front desk operations, including multi-line phone systems and hotel management software
  • Knowledge of night audit procedures, guest relations, and hotel security protocols
  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on clear verbal interactions and proper phone etiquette
  • Ability to work independently during overnight hours while maintaining high energy levels and attention to detail
