Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
- Manage reservations using hotel management software, ensuring accuracy and special requests are accommodated
- Provide expert guest services by answering questions about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services
- Handle multi-line phone systems with professionalism, maintaining excellent phone etiquette at all times
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are prepared to the highest standards
- Conduct night audits to reconcile daily financial transactions and prepare reports for management
- Address guest concerns promptly and professionally, striving to resolve issues and enhance guest satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of guest information, billing details, and special requests in compliance with hotel policies
Skills
- Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities to serve diverse guests effectively
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills for engaging with guests and team members
- Ability to handle night audit procedures confidently and accurately
