Job Title: Hotel Front Desk Agent
Location: Clearwater Beach, FL
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: Based on experience
Schedule: This role has a typical schedule of:

  • 4:00 PM – 11:00 PM (3 days per week)
  • 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (approximately 2 days per week)

Flexibility is required based on business needs.
Must be available to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a warm, elevated, and seamless guest experience
  • Greet, check in, and assist guests throughout their stay
  • Handle guest concerns with professionalism and a solutions-first mindset
  • Manage reservations, cancellations, and payments accurately
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure rooms are ready
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and lobby area
  • Support daily operations across shifts as needed
  • Complete reporting, cash handling, and system updates

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous front desk or customer service experience preferred, but not required
  • Strong ability to multitask, stay organized, and remain calm under pressure
  • Reliable transportation and consistent availability
  • Must be able to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Comfortable with computers and hotel systems
  • Strong communication skills (English required, Spanish is a plus)
