Job Title: Hotel Front Desk Agent
Location: Clearwater Beach, FL
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: Based on experience
Schedule: This role has a typical schedule of:
- 4:00 PM – 11:00 PM (3 days per week)
- 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (approximately 2 days per week)
Flexibility is required based on business needs.
Must be available to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities:
- Deliver a warm, elevated, and seamless guest experience
- Greet, check in, and assist guests throughout their stay
- Handle guest concerns with professionalism and a solutions-first mindset
- Manage reservations, cancellations, and payments accurately
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure rooms are ready
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and lobby area
- Support daily operations across shifts as needed
- Complete reporting, cash handling, and system updates
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous front desk or customer service experience preferred, but not required
- Strong ability to multitask, stay organized, and remain calm under pressure
- Reliable transportation and consistent availability
- Must be able to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Comfortable with computers and hotel systems
- Strong communication skills (English required, Spanish is a plus)
