Job Summary
The Lolo Lodge is looking for a Front Desk Agent / HSKP dual position- a crucial role in the smooth operation of the front desk and guest services at our hotel- The Lodge in Lolo. The ideal candidate will have a background in hospitality, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle various tasks efficiently, as well as a love for the outdoors in a semi-remote location.

Duties

  • Manage check-in and check-out processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly.
  • Conduct night audits as required, ensuring all financial transactions are accurate.
  • Maintain knowledge of hotel policies, procedures, and services to assist guests effectively.
  • Handle multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing information to callers as needed.
  • Assist with cleaning rooms as needed.

Skills

  • Background in hospitality.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations.
  • Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette.
  • Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
