We are looking for a Front Desk Agent to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting guests, providing information about the hotel and its services, answering phone calls, and responding to inquiries. This position requires excellent customer service skills, the ability to multitask, and a strong attention to detail. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and be able to provide friendly and professional service at all times.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival.
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
- Maintain a neat and orderly front desk area.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
- Provide guests with information about the hotel, local attractions, and other services.
- Process payments and reservations.
- Maintain records of guest interactions and transactions.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $14.00 – $16.00 per hour
