Duties

• Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair issues related to electrical systems, programmable logic controllers (PLCs), schematics, and mechanical components.
• Conduct welding and residential painting tasks to ensure the property’s aesthetic standards are maintained.
• Use CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) software to document work orders, track maintenance activities, and manage inventory.
• Supervise or assist with facilities projects, ensuring safety protocols are followed during repairs or upgrades.
• Read and interpret schematics and technical manuals to diagnose system faults accurately.
• Lead or support team members in facilities maintenance tasks while demonstrating strong leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in facilities maintenance within a hospitality or residential environment.
• Strong electrical experience with knowledge of schematics, wiring diagrams, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Mechanical knowledge including HVAC systems, plumbing, welding, and residential painting.
• Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and use of tools such as ohmmeters for electrical testing.
• Ability to read technical schematics and operate CMMS software effectively.
• Supervising experience or demonstrated leadership skills in a maintenance setting.
• Excellent communication skills in English to coordinate with team members and vendors.
• Customer service orientation with a proactive attitude toward problem-solving and guest satisfaction.
