- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, including tables, counters, and equipment
- Replenish food and beverage supplies promptly to ensure a fully stocked buffet at all times
- Follow food safety protocols diligently, including proper food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures
- Monitor guest needs throughout service hours, providing prompt assistance to enhance their dining experience
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food preparation and accommodate special dietary requests or catering needs
Skills
- Proven experience in fine dining or food service environments, with a focus on breakfast or buffet setups
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Serving experience in restaurants or catering settings that require attention to detail and efficiency
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety standards within the food industry
- Previous banquet or catering experience is highly desirable for managing larger groups or special events
- Barista experience is a plus, especially for beverage station setup and drink preparation
- Strong understanding of hospitality principles with an emphasis on creating welcoming atmospheres and ensuring guest satisfaction
