Job Summary
As a Breakfast Attendant, you will play a crucial role in creating a delightful morning experience for our guests. Your energetic and friendly demeanor will set the tone for their day as you prepare and serve delicious breakfast options. You’ll be responsible for ensuring that the breakfast area is clean, well-stocked, and inviting, while also providing exceptional customer service that leaves a lasting impression.
What you’ll do
- Prepare and present a variety of breakfast foods, ensuring quality and freshness.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, including tables, utensils, and food stations.
- Engage with guests to provide outstanding customer service, addressing any inquiries or special requests.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately for any transactions related to breakfast services.
- Assist in setting up and breaking down breakfast service, including bussing tables and restocking supplies as needed.
- Monitor food safety standards to ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate meal preparation and delivery of food items.
Basic qualifications
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members.
Preferred qualifications
- Kitchen experience with a focus on food preparation and cooking techniques.
- Familiarity with various POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS.
- Experience in banquet services or catering environments.
- Knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations.
- Guest relations experience that enhances customer satisfaction.
