ROLE PURPOSE
As a Hostess, you will be responsible for creating a warm, elegant, and professional first impression for customers, guests, visitors, and VIP clients at ROX UAE. You will play an important role in welcoming guests, managing customer flow, coordinating seating and waiting areas, supporting showroom hospitality, and ensuring a refined customer experience within a premium automotive showroom in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet guests warmly.
- Welcome all visitors professionally.
- Guide guests to the appropriate area.
- Maintain a polished hostess presence.
- Maintain a clean and elegant guest area.
- Assist guests upon arrival and departure.
- Support customer flow within the showroom.
- Coordinate with reception and sales teams when required.
- Ensure guests are welcomed in a timely and courteous manner.
- Provide basic directions and assistance to customers and visitors.
- Maintain a professional appearance, attitude, and conduct at all times.
- Support VIP visits, showroom events, and management visits when required.
- Notify the concerned employee or department immediately upon guest arrival.
- Ensure the customer waiting area remains organized, comfortable, and presentable.
- Handle guests with patience, confidence, courtesy, and a positive professional attitude.
- Assist in creating a premium and welcoming atmosphere from customer arrival to departure.
- Support the reception team with visitor handling and basic front-of-house coordination.
- Offer hospitality support in line with company standards and showroom requirements.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, security, reception, sales, and administration teams when required.
- Ensure all customer-facing areas reflect ROX UAE’s premium image, attention to detail, and high service standards.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while dealing with customers, visitors, employees, and management areas.
- Report any customer concerns, visitor issues, unusual situations, or operational observations to the direct supervisor.
- Support daily showroom operations by assisting with guest management, customer seating, waiting area coordination, and hospitality arrangements.
- Continuously support the company’s luxury image by maintaining elegance, professionalism, strong communication, and a high standard of presentation across all guest-facing areas.
