As the first point of contact, you will represent the tone, elegance, and warmth of La Famiglia while ensuring smooth guest flow and professional reservation management.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with confidence, elegance, and genuine warmth
• Manage reservations and seating plans efficiently
• Coordinate table allocation to ensure smooth service flow
• Handle guest inquiries professionally in person and over the phone
• Maintain a well organized reception area
• Support the service team during busy periods
• Anticipate guest needs and personalize the arrival experience
• Handle guest concerns calmly and professionally
• Uphold La Famiglia’s service and presentation standards

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Hostess in fine dining in Europe or Dubai
• Experience with SevenRooms reservation system is required
• Strong English communication skills
• Professional grooming and polished appearance
• Confident, articulate, and service oriented personality
• Ability to manage pressure during peak service hours
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Knowledge of Italian or Russian language is an advantage
• Flexible schedule including weekends
