Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression
• Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently to optimize guest flow
• Assist servers by delivering food and beverages promptly and accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of host stand, waiting areas, and dining spaces
• Support guest needs with attentive service, including answering questions about menus or restaurant policies
• Use POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to process orders and payments accurately
• Uphold high standards of phone etiquette and guest relations throughout all interactions

Skills

• Previous host/hostess experience or food service background preferred
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage positively with guests and team members
• Knowledge of POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus
• Excellent customer service skills, demonstrating patience, professionalism, and hospitality
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Experience in restaurant operations or hotel guest services is advantageous
• Familiarity with serving procedures, guest relations, and hospitality standards
• Effective phone etiquette and interpersonal skills for guest interactions
