Host at Flying Saddle Resort

Join the welcoming team at Flying Saddle Resort as a Host, where your friendly demeanor and organizational skills will help create a memorable dining experience for our guests. We are seeking a professional and personable individual to serve as the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable from the moment they arrive.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and manage reservations efficiently
• Escort guests to their tables and provide menus
• Maintain a clean and organized host stand and waiting area
• Coordinate with the dining staff to manage seating arrangements and wait times
• Handle guest inquiries and provide information about the restaurant and resort amenities
• Utilize OpenTable or similar reservation systems (knowledge preferred but not required)
• Assist with general duties typical of a host in a casual or fine dining environment

Skills and Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Previous experience in a host or front-of-house role preferred
• Knowledge of reservation management systems such as OpenTable is a plus
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset
