Full job description

We are hiring 3 Hospitality Staff to assist customers, ensure smooth operation of the play zone, and create a welcoming environment for all guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist children and families at the play zone.
  • Guide visitors on activities, games, and safety rules.
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the play area.
  • Provide excellent customer service and handle guest inquiries.
  • Assist with basic cashiering or ticketing if required.

Requirements:

  • Friendly, energetic, and comfortable working with children.
  • Good communication skills in English (Arabic or other languages is an advantage).
  • Ability to multitask and work in a busy environment.
  • Willing to work on weekends and public holidays.
  • Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or kids’ play areas is a plus but not mandatory.
