Job Description

  • Welcoming guests at the reception desk, processing service payments, and accurately handling cash and change.
  • Managing room-related activities such as reservations, room allocation, guest check-in, and check-out procedures.
  • Assisting guests with their luggage, guiding them to their rooms, and explaining hotel rules, available services, and nearby facilities.
  • Identifying guest concerns and coordinating with the appropriate departments to ensure issues are resolved efficiently and professionally.

Job Requirements

High school diploma, vocational education, junior college, bachelor’s degree, master’s degree, or doctoral degree
