We are a growing boutique home staging company specializing in staging homes for investors, builders, and real estate professionals. Our focus is on creating clean, market-ready spaces that help properties sell quickly and for top value.

We are looking for a reliable, hardworking Assistant Home Stager to support installations, breakdowns, and general staging operations.

Job Description

This role is hands-on and fast-paced, assisting with the physical setup and styling of staged homes. This is not just a design role — it involves lifting, organizing, and executing full home installations efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with staging installations and de-installations
  • Load and unload furniture, decor, and accessories
  • Help arrange furniture and style spaces based on direction
  • Maintain organization of inventory and staging supplies
  • Assist with packing, prepping, and warehouse organization
  • Ensure homes are clean, photo-ready, and properly staged

Requirements

  • Ability to lift and move furniture (up to 50+ lbs)
  • Reliable transportation and punctuality (all over the valley, west valley as well)
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Ability to take direction and work efficiently in a team
  • Availability during weekdays (hours vary based on projects, no weekends)

Preferred (but not required):

  • Interest in interior design, real estate, or staging
  • Previous experience in staging, moving, or home services
  • Strong attention to detail

Compensation:

  • $18-20/hour (based on experience)
  • 1099 contract position (as needed basis) with ability to move into a W-2 role with further promotion and leadership to a lead stager, project manager, or operations partner.
