Home Staging Assistant
(W-2 Hourly Position)

Based in Boca Raton, FL HQ with travel required within a 30-mile radius and surrounding metropolitan areas.

Role Overview
The Assistant Staging Designer & Project Coordinator will work closely with our Lead Designer/Project Manager to support staging installations, logistics, and design execution. This is a hands-on, entry-to-mid-level position ideal for someone with a passion for interiors, a sharp eye for styling, and strong organizational skills.
You’ll help bring projects to life—from organizing inventory and assisting on-site installs to prepping mood boards and communicating with vendors. Every day is different, and you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth operations behind the scenes and on-site.
Key Responsibilities
Project & Design Support
- Assist in the execution of staging installations, including furniture placement, styling, and set-up
- Help pull inventory and create pick lists from our system (StageForce, Odoo, etc.)
- Pack, prep, and load items for installs and de-installs
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and quality control of warehouse items
- Participate in on-site styling and last-minute adjustments during installations
Coordination & Communication
- Coordinate delivery timelines, vendor arrivals, and install schedules with the team
- Serve as a liaison between lead designers and warehouse or operations staff
- Assist in keeping project documentation, photos, and notes up to date
- Communicate clearly with clients and internal team under time-sensitive conditions
Administrative & Logistical Tasks
- Track inventory condition, flag damages, and log updates
- Support light sourcing, purchasing, or errands related to staging needs
- Help maintain organization and visual standards across projects
Qualifications
Required:
- Strong interest or background in interior design, visual merchandising, or staging
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to lift, carry, and move furniture and accessories during installs
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Familiarity with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
- Strong work ethic, can-do attitude, and professional demeanor
Preferred:
- 1–2 years of experience in staging, design, or real estate environments
- Familiarity with platforms like StageForce, Odoo, Trello, Slack
- Visual or styling portfolio (if available)
Position Details
- Type: W-2 Hourly
- Schedule: Part-time to full-time availability (Monday–Friday, occasional weekends based on project needs)
- Compensation: Competitive hourly pay based on experience
- Location: Boca Raton HQ, with travel to properties as needed
