We are hiring a Home Maid / Housekeeper with strong experience in household cleaning, laundry, ironing, kitchen hygiene, home organization, and daily household support. This role requires a clean, honest, reliable, and well-organized person who can manage routine home duties properly and follow instructions with discipline.

This is not a basic cleaning-only role. You must be able to maintain a family residence to a high standard, handle daily household responsibilities independently, and respect the family’s privacy, routine, and home environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain full cleanliness of the house, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living areas, and common areas.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, sanitize, and organize all required areas regularly.
• Handle laundry, ironing, folding, and proper arrangement of clothes.
• Change bedsheets, organize rooms, clean wardrobes, and maintain neat household spaces.
• Clean kitchen surfaces, cabinets, appliances, utensils, and storage areas.
• Assist with basic cooking, food preparation, or kitchen support when required.
• Maintain high hygiene standards in all areas of the home.
• Take care of household items, furniture, appliances, and cleaning materials responsibly.
• Inform the employer when household supplies, cleaning products, or grocery items need to be restocked.
• Follow the family’s daily routine, instructions, and privacy requirements.
• Assist with childcare or elderly care only if agreed in advance.
• Handle daily tasks independently without constant supervision.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience as a home maid, housekeeper, nanny, or domestic helper.
• Previous experience working in UAE or GCC family homes is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of home cleaning, laundry care, ironing, kitchen cleaning, and household organization.
• Must be honest, hygienic, respectful, calm, and reliable.
• Must be able to communicate in basic English.
• Ability to follow instructions and manage daily tasks properly.
• Good personal hygiene and professional behavior are required.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the UAE.
• Previous employer reference is preferred.
• Immediate availability will be an advantage.

Preferred Skills

• Basic cooking experience.
• Experience with children or elderly care.
• Good ironing and garment care skills.
• Ability to manage household cleaning schedules independently.
• Experience working in family homes in Dubai or the UAE.
• Ability to live-in or live-out depending on the family requirement.
• Tagalog, Amharic, Hindi, Urdu, or other additional languages will be an advantage.
