Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing all areas of clients’ homes
• Handle specialized cleaning duties such as carpet cleaning, floor care, laundry, and sanitation to ensure the highest standards of hygiene
• Demonstrating versatility and customer service skills
• Maintain organized cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring safety and efficiency during each visit
• Deliver excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients, understanding their specific needs, and exceeding expectations
• Follow established cleaning protocols for room spaces while adhering to health and safety guidelines
• Manage time effectively to complete scheduled appointments promptly while maintaining quality standards

Qualifications

• Proven experience in hotel cleaning, janitorial work, or hotel housekeeping management is highly desirable
• Knowledge of commercial cleaning techniques and equipment is a plus
• Familiarity with floor care procedures, carpet cleaning, sanitation practices, and laundry services
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating cleaning machinery safely
• Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards
• Prior experience in hospitality or custodial roles is advantageous but not required; training will be provided
