Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Home Care Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in our client homes. This position plays a vital role in upholding our standards of hospitality and cleanliness, contributing to an overall positive experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors to maintain cleanliness.
• Conduct cleaning tasks as required to ensure all areas meet health and safety standards.
• Assist in housekeeping.
• Ensure their comfortable in shared spaces.
• Provider companionship.
• Report any safety hazards immediately.
• Assist with personal care.
• Assist with running errands.

Skills

• Have the ability to problem solve issues as they arrive.
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Good communication skills to interact effectively with guests and staff.
• Time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently while ensuring thoroughness.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and proof of insurance.
• Must be able to pass a background check
