Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Hire Desk / Sales Coordinator with proven UAE experience in the equipment rental industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling rental inquiries, preparing quotations, coordinating logistics, and supporting the sales team to ensure smooth rental operations and high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming rental inquiries via phone, email, and walk-in clients
  • Prepare and follow up on quotations and rental agreements
  • Coordinate with operations and logistics for timely delivery and collection of equipment
  • Monitor equipment availability and update rental schedules
  • Maintain accurate records of rental contracts and customer information
  • Support the sales team in achieving monthly revenue targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients
  • Coordinate with accounts department regarding invoices and payment follow-ups
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE regulations
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly rental reports

Required Experience & Skills

  • 2–5 years of UAE experience in equipment rental (required)
  • Strong knowledge of rental processes and fleet coordination
  • Experience handling generators, compressors, access equipment, heavy machinery, or similar rental products
  • Good understanding of rental agreements and commercial terms
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/rental management systems
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
