Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Helper to support our piling and drilling operations. The ideal candidate should have experience working on construction sites and be willing to assist skilled workers in completing daily site activities safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist operators, technicians, and skilled workers with piling and drilling activities.
• Load, unload, move, and organize construction materials, tools, and equipment.
• Perform general site cleaning and housekeeping to maintain a safe work environment.
• Assist with site preparation, material handling, and equipment setup.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and support daily construction activities.
• Ensure proper use and care of tools and equipment.
• Comply with company safety policies and site regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the site supervisor.

Requirements:

• Experience as a Helper in piling, drilling, civil, or construction projects.
• Physically fit and able to lift and carry construction materials.
• Willing to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
• Reliable, hardworking, and safety-conscious.
