Job Summary

The Plastic Manufacturing Helper supports the production team by assisting in the operation of plastic manufacturing equipment, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and handling materials required for production. The role is essential in ensuring efficient production processes while complying with company quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the production team in setting up and operating plastic molding machines, extruders, and other production equipment.
• Support machine operators during production and perform assigned production-related tasks.
• Load and unload raw materials, finished products, and machine components safely and efficiently.
• Assist in basic machine cleaning and routine maintenance as instructed.
• Assist in packing, labeling, and moving finished products to designated storage areas.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Production Supervisor or Management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not mandatory.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is an advantage but not required.
• Physically fit and able to lift, carry, and move materials as required.
• Willing to work flexible schedules, including day and night shifts.
• Reliable, hardworking, and willing to learn.
• Willing to be assigned to any workplace, production area, department, or shift as required by the company.
