Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Heavy Truck Driver to handle the safe and timely delivery of materials to customers and project sites. The candidate must have strong driving skills, experience in handling large material deliveries, and good knowledge of UAE routes.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate a 4-ton truck for material deliveries.
• Ensure timely delivery of materials to customers and project sites.
• Plan delivery routes and meet delivery deadlines.
• Have good knowledge of routes across Dubai, Ras Al Khaimah, Abu Dhabi, and other UAE locations as required.
• Handle loading and unloading activities safely and ensure materials are secured during transportation.
• Inspect the vehicle before and after trips and report any maintenance issues.
• Maintain delivery documents, invoices, and proof of delivery records.
• Follow UAE traffic laws, company driving policies, and HSE requirements.
• Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics team regarding delivery schedules.
• Be available to work overtime when required. Approved overtime will be paid as per company policy and applicable UAE labour law.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Valid UAE driving licence suitable for the assigned 4-ton vehicle.
• Proven experience driving heavy trucks, preferably 4-ton vehicles.
• Experience handling and delivering large or heavy materials.
• Good driving skills with knowledge of both automatic and manual transmission vehicles.
• Strong knowledge of UAE roads and delivery routes, particularly Dubai, Ras Al Khaimah, and Abu Dhabi.
• Ability to manage delivery schedules and meet deadlines.
• Responsible, punctual, safety-conscious, and physically fit for the job requirements.
• Willingness to work overtime and travel across the UAE as required.

Preferred Skills

Fluent in both verbal and written English. An English test will be taken.
