Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Loader Operator to operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently in support of our building materials and transport operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for loading, unloading, stockpiling, and moving materials while ensuring equipment is operated and maintained according to company safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate wheel loaders and other assigned heavy equipment safely and efficiently.
• Load building materials, aggregates, sand, and other materials into trucks and storage areas.
• Perform daily pre-operation inspections and report any defects or maintenance requirements.
• Ensure proper handling and movement of materials to avoid damage and spillage.
• Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of assigned equipment.
• Follow company safety policies and site regulations at all times.
• Assist with stockpile management and yard operations.
• Coordinate with supervisors, dispatchers, and truck drivers to ensure smooth operations.
• Report equipment breakdowns, accidents, or unsafe conditions immediately.
• Complete daily operational reports and equipment checklists.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience operating wheel loaders or similar heavy equipment.
• Experience in construction, quarry, building materials, or transport industries preferred.
• Good knowledge of equipment operation and safety procedures.
• Ability to perform routine equipment inspections.
• Physically fit and capable of working in outdoor environments.
• Basic communication skills in Urdu/English.

Qualifications

• Valid Heavy Equipment Operator License/Certification (where applicable).
• UAE/GCC experience preferred.

Pay: AED3,000.00 – AED3,200.00 per month
