Tecnicraft Contracting & Transportation LLC is seeking experienced and reliable Bus Drivers to join our growing team.

Candidates must have a strong safety record, excellent driving skills, and be willing to work on offshore and island projects in Abu Dhabi.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of UAE experience as a Bus Driver.
• Valid UAE Driving License (Category 6 or equivalent bus license).
• Good knowledge of UAE roads, traffic regulations, and safe driving practices.
• Must be willing and able to work on offshore and island projects.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Clean driving record and professional attitude.
• Physically fit and able to work flexible schedules.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport personnel to and from project sites.
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues.
• Comply with company HSE requirements and traffic regulations.
• Maintain cleanliness and operational readiness of assigned vehicles.
• Ensure passenger safety and provide professional service at all times.

Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum Secondary School (Matriculation/10th Grade) or equivalent qualification.
• Valid UAE Heavy Bus Driving License (Category 6).
• Minimum 3 years of UAE experience as a Heavy Bus Driver.
• Thorough knowledge of UAE traffic regulations, road safety requirements, and defensive driving practices.
• Familiar with RTA regulations, Asateel requirements, and vehicle compliance procedures.
• Previous driving experience in ADNOC, EGA, and other industrial, oil & gas, or infrastructure project sites is preferred.
• Experience transporting personnel to remote, offshore, island, or industrial project locations.
• Good understanding of HSE requirements and site access procedures.
• Ability to perform daily vehicle inspections and maintain vehicle records.
• Basic English communication skills (reading, writing, and speaking).
• Good conduct, professional appearance, and customer-oriented attitude.
• Clean driving record with no major traffic violations.

Preferred

• Valid ADNOC-approved driver permit/card (if available).
• Experience with IVMS, fatigue management, and journey management requirements.
• Familiarity with CICPA/industrial site security and access procedures.
• First Aid and Defensive Driving certificates will be an added advantage.
