Job Description

  • Greet members and guests in a warm and professional manner.
  • Handle check-in and check-out procedures for gym, pool, and spa facilities.
  • Manage membership registrations, renewals, and payments.
  • Provide information about health club services, facilities, classes, and promotions.
  • Schedule appointments for personal training sessions or fitness classes.
  • Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records and update the system accordingly.
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of reception and facility areas.
  • Monitor guest access and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams when required.
  • Handle guest complaints professionally and escalate when necessary.
  • Promote hotel facilities and encourage upselling of memberships and services.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a health club, gym, spa, or hospitality environment is an advantage.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office and hotel management systems).
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
