DIO Life Home Health Care provides reliable, patient-focused home medical services across Dubai. We are seeking a proactive and well-organized Admin Executive to support daily operations and assist with client coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle patient and client inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and email
- Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings (service coordination & follow-ups)
- Manage daily office administrative tasks and documentation
- Coordinate schedules with nurses and healthcare staff
- Maintain records, reports, and internal communication
- Support billing coordination and general office operations
Requirements
- Experience in the healthcare field is preferred, but freshers are welcome to apply
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle inquiries professionally and convert them into sales
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, email handling, data entry)
- Positive attitude and customer-focused approach
