DIO Life Home Health Care provides reliable, patient-focused home medical services across Dubai. We are seeking a proactive and well-organized Admin Executive to support daily operations and assist with client coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle patient and client inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and email
  • Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings (service coordination & follow-ups)
  • Manage daily office administrative tasks and documentation
  • Coordinate schedules with nurses and healthcare staff
  • Maintain records, reports, and internal communication
  • Support billing coordination and general office operations

Requirements

  • Experience in the healthcare field is preferred, but freshers are welcome to apply
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle inquiries professionally and convert them into sales
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, email handling, data entry)
  • Positive attitude and customer-focused approach
