Head of Sales & Marketing — MAXX – Sentium AI Ltd USA
MAXX is built in Silicon Valley.
It’s the most advanced AI business companion in the world — better than ChatGPT, voice-first, action-oriented, and in a category of its own. There is no real competition.
With offices in San Francisco, London, and Dubai, MAXX is redefining how ambitious businesses grow.
This is not a regular job assignment, this is a MISSION . You will be working across timezones with the CEO and senior members of the management team.
We’re looking for a Head of Sales who doesn’t just sell the product — they believe in it. Well groomed and well prosented candiates are preferred due to the nature of the role, specially for lady applicants.
3-5 years of experience in sales and marketing is required.
This role is for someone who:
- Is always on, aggressive, sharp, and switched on and can work all hours
- Truly understands technology (AI curiosity is non-negotiable)
- Can sell vision, not just features and is persistent and focussed
- Leads from the front and sets the pace
- Thrives in high-velocity, founder-led environments
- Is obsessed with execution, momentum, and closing
Essential criteria (non-negotiable):
- English is your first language and you have had a western education in ONLY english speaking country
- You have lived or worked extensively in English-speaking countries mainly
- You can communicate with absolute clarity, authority, and conviction
This is not a corporate sales role. It is a highly intense, demanding role that will almost take over your life . We are competing with the giants of sillion valley, there is no time to rest or take a breath. Please do not apply if you are pursuing work like balance.
