We are hiring an Operations Manager to oversee daily field operations, team coordination, and service quality across our holiday-home housekeeping business.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations, job schedules, and field teams
- Monitor service quality & resolve issues
- Coordinate with customer support, drivers, and cleaning crews
- Ensure inventory availability & proper packing for each job
- Track performance, KPIs, and improve workflow efficiency
- Liaise with management for reporting & planning
Requirements
- Experience in operations or team supervision
- Strong communication & multitasking skills
- Good English, organized, and reliable
- Must be ready to work in fast-paced service environment
Salary: AED 5,000
