We are hiring an Operations Manager to oversee daily field operations, team coordination, and service quality across our holiday-home housekeeping business.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations, job schedules, and field teams
• Monitor service quality & resolve issues
• Coordinate with customer support, drivers, and cleaning crews
• Ensure inventory availability & proper packing for each job
• Track performance, KPIs, and improve workflow efficiency
• Liaise with management for reporting & planning

Requirements

• Experience in operations or team supervision
• Strong communication & multitasking skills
• Good English, organized, and reliable
• Must be ready to work in fast-paced service environment

Salary: AED 5,000
