Job Title: Head Chef(Immediate Joining)

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Multi-Cuisine Chef who can deliver high-quality dishes with consistency and authentic flavors. The ideal candidate should be experienced in managing kitchen operations, maintaining hygiene standards, and performing efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Immediate joiners are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, cook and present multi-cuisine dishes with consistent quality and taste
  • Ensure proper portion control, presentation, and food quality standards
  • Assist in menu planning and suggest new dishes or improvements
  • Maintain kitchen hygiene and strictly follow food safety regulations
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement for raw materials
  • Minimize food wastage and control kitchen costs
  • Supervise and guide kitchen staff and assistants
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day kitchen operations during service hours

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Multi-Cuisine Chef
  • Strong knowledge of ingredients, spices and cooking techniques across cuisines
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Good understanding of food hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards
  • Team player with strong communication and time-management skills
